Architectural Review Committee

Developing Standards of Practice for Architectural Review Committee Services

Planned Communities enclose a large percentage of undeveloped single family home sites in the US. Most are governed by Home Owner Association Boards and separate Architectural Review Committees. In many cases these Boards do not have Architects or other design professionals on their ARCs.

When architects are members of these committees, they have the ability to influence the quality of the design and the materials of construction so the home is not only more aesthetically pleasing, but constructed with more attention to the issues of sustainability.

Below is a list of local qualified professionals who have participated in Architectural Review Board work and are all valuable resources for Planned Communities.
