  • Self-motivated to identify and engage in areas needed for professional development related to role, assignments and areas of accountability.
  • Possess interpersonal skills (communication, problem solving and decision making) to support excellent customer service (external customers and internal staff).
  • Possess a high level of flexibility and patience.
  • Balance multiple tasks while appropriately interacting with staff, vendors and community agencies.
  • Possess computer skills to support the use of communication, documentation, and project design that may be necessary to perform day to day activities. 
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive proprietary information.
  • Valid U.S. Work Permit and proficient in English.
