In this insightful discussion, interdisciplinary trends in health education will be examined, and the speakers will identify how Wake Forest School of Medicine and Carolinas College of Health Sciences is pioneering new models for student and instructor engagement. Additionally, the speakers will provide insights into how a surgical ballroom can be designed to support multiple modalities of surgical training, with the flexibility to transform from 6 large-scale robotics labs to 20 individual skills training stations at the IRCAD surgical training center.
