1. Eastern Exterior Wall Systems Inc. (EEWS) is a vertically integrated, prefabricated façade designer, fabricator and installer. For 40+ years, EEWS has pioneered prefabricated façade systems from simple EIFS designs to complex, gasketed rainscreen facades. EEWS' design and engineering department develops all 3D modeling, 2D shop drawings and associated engineering in-house providing our customers real-time design flexibility and feedback and industry leading BIM coordination. EEWS' Project Management will track the progress of complex designs through Design Assist, Shop Drawings, Fabrication and Installation with our proprietary processes and management tools. EEWS' manufacturers all metal claddings (ACM, Aluminum Plate, Break Metal, etc.) in house and assembles the prefabricated systems in our state-of-the-art, 240,000sf facility in Pennsylvania. And finally, EEWS' installation crews manage the installation of the systems on jobsites from the Carolinas to Boston and west to Chicago.

Andrew Boesch, Vice President of Preconstruction and Sales, has been with EEWS for 11 years. After graduating from Penn State with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Andrew started in operations as a Project Engineer, then Project Manager, Project Executive and now has moved into the VP role. As Vice President of Precon and Sales, Andrew is responsible for generating opportunities, developing estimates, submitting bids and managing all Design Assist efforts for EEWS' work. This provides our customers with continuity from the sale through the execution of the preliminary design. EEWS' design assist processes are continually refined to ensure the project team is aligned to panel geometry, façade system products, typical details, loading strategy, as well as budget and schedule tracking to ensure control over the development of the façade design. When Design Assist is properly executed, the project is fully aligned to the design, schedule, installation sequence, etc. making the formal Construction Administration process much less cumbersome.

Brihadeesh Prabhakar, Project Manager, has been with EEWS for 4 years. After graduating from Penn State with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Brihadeesh started in operations as a Project Engineer, reporting to Andrew for Project Management responsibilities. Brihadeesh quickly showed his competence on the jobsite, managing the erecting operations, quality control and field coordination required onsite and was elevated to Project Manager for the Atrium Health CMC Bed Tower project in Charlotte, NC. CMC Bed Tower consisted of 280,000sf of façade and 1,200 prefabricated units. As Project Manager, Brihadeesh was responsible to coordinate all site operations (panel erecting, trucking, installation, engineering certifications, quality control, etc.), manage any cost events or scope changes, coordinate internal design evolution, coordinate with other trades onsite and maintain a strong relationship with our customer.
