Little, recognized as one of the top five “Healthiest Places to Work” by Charlotte Business Journal, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a passion for high quality design, interior architecture and a positive, collaborative work style, for our Workplace Interiors Studio in our Charlotte Office.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a talented, resourceful, and creative design leader who is passionate about creating environments that improve the performance of our clients and enhance people’s lives through creative collaboration and breakthrough ideas.
Qualifications

- If you are a talented designer and creative problem solver with deep experience designing interior spaces for a variety of clients (Corporate, Higher Education, Government), and understand the drivers that are important to clients who believe that their environment should contribute to their culture and success.

- If you’re good with people – you are an empathetic listener, genuinely interested in people, and able to build followership among clients and teammates, alike.

How To Apply
Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited university;
- NCIDQ or NCARB Certification;
- At least 10 years of experience in the architecture & design industry;
- Deep Interior architectural design experience;
- Excellent Revit, SketchUp, Indesign and/or other design software skills.
