Join us as we cultivate relationships, design inspiring places and enrich communities from our Charlotte Studio.

BOUDREAUX is looking for energetic individuals to be part of project teams through design and construction. We are seeking a strong designer with 5 to 7 years of experience either currently licensed or on the path to licensure. Revit and technical detailing skills are essential along with the ability to quickly and intuitively explore design options. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit are a must.

Qualifications

Are you a bit more experienced? BOUDREAUX is also looking for seasoned candidates to lead project teams through design and construction. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with 8 to 15 years of experience, preferably currently licensed. Strong communication, leadership and team organization skills are crucial along with a history of managing design processes from concept through construction.
