DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Project Managers and Principals in developing project deliverables
  • Lead and mentor Intern Architects in project documentation
  • Participate heavily in consultant coordination, client management and construction administration

Qualifications

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Proficiency in the following software is preferred: Revit, MS Office Suite, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in a construction industry environment

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Architect
  • Multifamily and office experience preferred, but not required
