Duties/Responsibilites:

  • Engage in preparing drawings and specifications documents for the Conceptual Design Phase all the way through Permitting. Independenty apply advanced architectural concepts and designs.
  • Collaborate with team, consultants and clients during the project while preparing design documents.
  • Coordinating with consultants and working with Project Managers on Schedules. Maintaining ongoing communication to understand and project changes, design issues or time/budget constraints that may impact original scope.
  • Manage quality, completeness, and accuracy of design documents.
  • Assist in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

Qualifications

  • Mininum of 5 years experience
  • A professional Degree in Architecture
  • Licensed, or on the path to licensure
  • Knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, Bluebeam and project supportive softwares
  • Knowledge of the process of putting a building together, from the big picture to small details
  • Not afraid to ask questions or bounce ideas off of coworkers.
