We are looking for an Interior Architectural Designer (IAD). This person is responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects, such as millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections and RCPs. This role maintains and organizes project files, schedules and specifications. The IAD will conduct site visits and assist in construction oversight – including site surveys and measures of existing conductions, producing drawings of same. The IAD will work alongside the KDGN team, as well as external consultants and customers. Work may occur on-site with our team, as well as the client's site as needs arise. The IAD should demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, contributing to the group's goals.

What We Expect from You:
- 3+ years of professional experience in the design field
- Technical production skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and constructions documents with an understanding of architectural conventions, including floor plans, elevations, etc. as mentioned
- Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing
- Strong understanding of and proficiency in producing all schedules
- Job site experience including working with architects, builders, landscape architects, measuring and producing as-built documents
- Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, and fast paced team player
- Strong communication skills
- Curiosity – a genuine desire to continue learning
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and Sketch-up
- Skills to self-manage tasks and assignments, with mentorship and oversight, from beginning to end
