DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate and contribute during all design phases
  • Participate heavily in project documentation and consultant coordination
  • Assist Project Managers and Project Architects with construction administration

Qualifications

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Proficiency in the following software is preferred:
    • Revit
    • MS Office Suite
    • Sketchup
    • Lumion
    • Photoshop is valued
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in a construction industry environment

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • 0-5 years of experience
  • Multifamily and office experience preferred, but not required
