Architect tasked with managing all construction aspects of large multi-family projects once construction documents are complete, incuding regular site visits, submittal review, RFI review and response, coordination with contractor and owner and all other aspects of construction administration. CA manager will also be responsible for making some revisions to documents in REVIT as required duing construction to issue to field and guiding other CA staff in same.


10 years minimum experience required. Substantial design and construction experience (especailly multi-family and wood), a thorough understanding of construction techniques and methods, and the ability to interpret the intent of construction documents are required. A thorough understanding of building codes, standards and regulations as well as the ability to communicate, negotiate and resolve disputes with trade personnel, contractors and ownership is required as well. Moderate REVIT literacy and knowledge is required. Literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Bluebeam Revu is required. Basic literacy in Procore and other project management software used by different general contractors is necessary. Resumes that do not conform to the minimum requirements will not be considered.
