We are currently seeking a professional Construction Administration Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will perform construction administration activities for our Housing/Mixed Use Studio.

About The Position

  • Acting as a liaison between our design professionals, client representatives and the contractor.
  • Preparing construction contract documents including Addenda and Architects Supplemental Instructions.
  • Administration of the construction process including RFI and submittal review, change order review, field report preparation.
  • Review of project budgets and payment applications.
  • Over-all project management at the construction phase.
  • Required to work in office and job site environments.


About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering or an equivalent combination of relate education and experience.
  • 7 Plus years of experience in construction project management.
  • Registered Architect preferred.
  • Strong time management and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Attention to detail, organization skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to read, understand, and work from construction documents and specifications.
  • Experience in a customer focused, team-oriented environment a plus.
  • Revit and Newforma experience a plus.
